If you have fever, fatigue, or cold symptoms, please refrain from participating.
If you are under health surveillance after entering Japan or returning from abroad, or if you are found to be a close contact, please refrain from participating and take an antigen test.
Please wear a mask once you are inside the Nagoya Congress Center.

Washing and Sanitizing Hands / Temperature Check

Wear a mask and take a temperature check.
Keep a certain distance from others whenever possible.

Avoiding “Three Cs”

Avoid crowds and close contacts especially at the reception and session/exhibition rooms, and at
coffee breaks.
Doors should remain closed as the rooms are mechanically ventilated by bringing in outside air.
Avoid talking loudly.

Eating and Drinking

Wear a mask whenever you talk even while eating and drinking.
 

 Important Notes

If you test positive for COVID-19, you must immediately isolate in your hotel room. Please note that PVSEC-33 registration fees are non-refundable. In case of extended stay, you are responsible
for the cost of the extended stay. You will also be responsible for any costs associated with canceling or changing your return flight. If you are not confident in Japanese, we strongly recommend that you use translation apps to communicate with medical personnel.
